I know several people who use Google Places and Google My Business as part of their reputation management plan. They were happy enough to share with me what they have discovered so far. According to them, when they get a client referral, it is very important to follow up with them to help make sure that they are content with the service they get. So if you’re interested in getting a bad review chance website up and running, make sure that you find an organization that offers a fantastic experience no matter what the circumstance is. Do not give them false assurances. And make sure you’re treating every person who comes onto your site with the exact same respect that you want if they were a customer.
