One of the things that I do every day is to send an e-mail to my list asking them if they’ve seen my recent article on Building Client Reputation with a specific Online Review System that I am using. Don’t give them false assurances. And make sure that you’re treating every person who comes onto your site with the same respect that you would if they were a client. That will allow you to have a better experience with every individual, which will translate into a more favorable business experience for everyone.
