I know several people who use Google Places and Google My Business as part of the reputation management plan. They were happy enough to share with me what they’ve discovered so far. While it’s a nice piece of software, if it is only available to business owners, it’s not probable that lots of people will be interested in using it.
So if you’re looking to get a bad review chance website up and running, make sure that you find an organization that provides a fantastic experience no matter what the circumstance is. Don’t give them false assurances. And make sure that you’re treating every person who comes onto your website with the exact same respect that you want if they were a customer.
