One of the things which I do every day is to send an e-mail to my list asking them if they’ve seen my recent article on Building Client Reputation with a specific Online Review System which I am using. I know several people who use Google Places and Google My Business within their reputation management program. They were happy enough to share with me what they’ve discovered so far. For example, some of these business owners offer software to help companies manage reviews. While it’s a nice piece of software, if it’s only available to business owners, it’s not likely that many people will be interested in using it.
So if you’re interested in getting a poor review chance website up and running, make sure that you find an organization that offers a fantastic experience regardless of what the situation is. Don’t give them false assurances. And make sure you’re treating every person who comes onto your site with the exact same respect that you would if they were a client. That will help you have a better experience with every person, which will translate into a more favorable business experience for everybody.
