One of the things which I do every day is to send an email to my list asking them if they have seen my recent article on Building Client Reputation with a specific Online Review System which I am using. The response that I get every time is usually a positive one. The cause of this is that the huge majority of people who have been in the business for any length of time are now using these systems to help manage their reputations online. Do not give them false assurances. And ensure that you’re treating every person who comes onto your site with the exact same respect that you would if they were a customer.
