For example, some of these business owners offer software to help companies manage reviews. While it’s a nice bit of software, if it is only available to business owners, it’s not likely that lots of people will be interested in using it.

Don’t give them false assurances. And make sure you’re treating every person who comes onto your website with the exact same respect that you want if they were a client.
